Hanslättsvägen 12 is adjacent to Lofsdalsvägen, close to both mountains and lake and walking distance to the village. A natural and quiet area for both relaxation and an active outdoor life. About 5 minutes drive to the ski resort.

The cottage is 57 sqm with 6 beds. The entrance door is on the back of the cottage. You enter a smaller hall and to the left is bedroom 1 with two single beds. On the opposite side is the bathroom with toilet, shower and water heater. Straight ahead you enter the bright main room with kitchen and dining area with seating for 6-8 people in open plan area. From here you can look out through large windows with views of forest and mountains. To the right is a free standing wood burning stove between the couch and the dining table / kitchen. The dining area right next door can accommodate 6-8 people. Wi-fi.

On the right side of the kitchen are bedrooms 2 and 3 with bunk beds, wardrob and a table.

On the sunny side of the cottage is a lovely porch with ceilings with enjoyable views. The terrace has a door
from the kitchen, which is practical in several ways. Here you can sit in peace and quiet and look out over
nature, forest and mountains.

At the parking place there is a power cutter outlet.

On the plot there is a separate storage room with sauna. (The sauna is turned on with two knobs on the unit. One is for time and one for temperature) There shoe dryer. The sauna has two seating benches and power supplies.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Final cleaning is mandatory for this cottage / apartment. Upon departure, the guest must perform the first four points of the "departure checklist" enclosed in the arrival envelope.
